Strategic Leadership for the Kingdom

Dr. Tina Carriger is a visionary pastor, preacher, leadership strategist, and master organizer called to help churches operate with excellence, clarity, and Spirit-led structure. With almost a decade of pastoral experience, she has distinguished herself by developing systems that strengthen congregations, equip ministry leaders, align programs with mission, and support sustainable spiritual growth.

Dr. Carriger holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Southern Adventist University, a Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry from Andrews University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Her theological and business education is matched by a heart for people and a distinct gift for bringing clarity, strategy, and order to complex ministry environments.

Throughout her pastoral career, Dr. Carriger has provided leadership in preaching, evangelism, discipleship, communications, community engagement, baptism coordination, Bible worker oversight, leadership development, and pastoral mentorship. Through strategic planning and collaboration, she helped coordinate an evangelistic initiative that resulted in 113 baptisms in a single weekend—one of the largest baptismal celebrations in that ministry’s history.

Her ministry experience also includes leading congregational renewal through both spiritual and operational transformation. She has overseen facility improvements, media enhancements, community outreach initiatives, building projects, church renovations, virtual evangelistic series, food distribution ministries, communications strategies, and systems that strengthened ministry engagement and follow-through. Her leadership has contributed to increased participation, stronger ministry alignment, improved public visibility, greater financial stewardship, and a renewed sense of mission.

As the founder of The Organized Church Project, Dr. Carriger equips pastors, ministry leaders, and congregations with practical processes, structures, templates, and strategies that help move ministry from confusion to clarity and from good intentions to effective implementation. She advocates for alignment between vision, mission, leadership, and ministry so that every initiative has both spiritual purpose and structural support.

Her passion for organization is not simply administrative—it is deeply theological. As a pastor, preacher, and administrator, Dr. Carriger believes that organization is a spiritual discipline that reflects the character of God and enables the church to serve with excellence, practice intentional hospitality, steward its resources faithfully, and make a lasting kingdom impact.
